What Gets Moderated, and Why

We moderate a short, specific list of things: personal attacks, harassment, content that could put a member’s safety at risk, and — specifically in spaces like Vaccine Injury Stories — unlicensed medical advice presented as fact. We do not moderate based on whether we personally agree with an opinion, and we do not remove content simply because it’s uncomfortable or controversial.

If your post or comment is removed, you’ll be told why, not left guessing. If you disagree with a moderation decision, Contact is always open for a real conversation about it — we’d rather talk it through than let it fester.
