Workshops are the one part of Circle One that doesn’t work like the rest of the platform, and it’s worth understanding why.
Everyone can browse #
Unlike Initiatives or Inner Work, the Workshops space itself isn’t locked behind a subscription tier. Any approved Circle Member — free, Standard, or Full — can open Workshops and see the full catalog of what’s available.
Each Workshop is purchased individually #
Rather than bundling Workshops into a subscription, each one carries its own one-time price. You choose the specific Workshops that speak to you and pay for those, rather than paying a flat monthly fee for a library you may only use a fraction of.
This isn’t an oversight or a missing feature — it’s intentional. Workshops represent real, focused work — content built, refined, and taught with care — and we think that deserves its own direct value exchange, separate from the ongoing cost of belonging to the community itself.
What you’ll find inside #
Workshops span a few tracks: grounding and discernment (a good starting point if you’re new), mind-body-spirit practice, relational and communication skills, systems literacy, and Initiative-specific primers that prepare you to contribute meaningfully to a working group.
A note on subscriptions and Workshops #
Being on the Full tier does not include Workshops for free — even members at the highest recurring tier still purchase Workshops individually. We know that surprises some people, so we’d rather say it plainly here than let anyone assume otherwise.
