Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 12th, 2026
1. Who We Are
Circle One Project (the “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a brand operated by Ray Brown Group Inc. and Ray Brown Foundation, both federally incorporated Canadian corporations, located at 5100 Anderson Way, Vernon, BC V1T 0C4, Canada.
By applying for membership, creating an account, or using any part of Circle One Project, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Membership & Application
Access to Circle One Project is not automatic. All prospective members must submit an application, which is reviewed individually. We reserve the right to approve, waitlist, or decline any application at our sole discretion, for any reason or no stated reason.
Approval grants you access to free areas of the Platform. Access to paid Spaces requires an active subscription, as described in Section 4.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during application and to keep your account information current.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or engages in conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform or its members.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Access
Circle One Project offers several paid membership tiers (Standard, Full, and Inner Circle), individually priced Workshops, and optional donations. Current pricing for each tier is available on the Platform and in our Knowledge Base.
Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. You authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge your provided payment method on each renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that period ends.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for membership subscriptions, individual Workshop purchases, or donations, for any reason, including partial billing periods or unused access.
This policy exists because access to paid Spaces, Workshops, and community content is granted immediately upon approval or purchase — meaning the value of what you’re purchasing (access to community discussions, working materials, and content) is delivered in full at the moment of transaction, not gradually over time. Given the nature of digital community access, we are unable to “return” this access once granted, which is why we do not offer refunds.
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a technical billing malfunction), please contact us through our Contact page and we will review the situation individually.
6. Workshops
Workshops are purchased individually and are not included in any subscription tier, including Full or Inner Circle. Workshop purchases are one-time and subject to the same no-refund policy described in Section 5.
7. Code of Conduct
By using the Platform, you agree to engage respectfully with other members, in line with our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for members who violate these standards.
8. Content You Post
You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. By posting, you grant Circle One Project a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content within the Platform for the purposes of operating the community, including within collaborative Initiative work such as The Blueprint.
You are solely responsible for content you post and agree not to post anything unlawful, harassing, or that violates the rights of others.
9. Health & Medical Content Disclaimer
Content shared within Vaccine Injury Stories, Health & Wellness Resources, or elsewhere on the Platform is not medical advice. Circle One Project does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or professional healthcare guidance. Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional regarding any medical decision.
10. Intellectual Property
All original content, branding, and materials created by Circle One Project, Ray Brown Group Inc., and Ray Brown Foundation are the property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Circle One Project, Ray Brown Group Inc., and Ray Brown Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
14. Contact Us
Questions about these Terms can be directed to us via our Contact page.
